Who can become a Course Instructor
Any individual with degree or more, with language abilities in one's mother tongue and a decent fluency in English seeking a rewarding career in non-traditional teaching method can beocme a Course Instructor.
Any person with a great love for children and learning ability to keep updating oneself in the latest research and innovative teaching methodologies can beocme a Course Instructor.

Course Instructor's Training fees of Rs. 15,000/-.Training will be given for 4 levels at a stretch.The entire Training will be for 4 days. (Time: 09.00 A.M - 05.00 P.M.).
Terms and conditions for a course instructor
Course Instructor's training fees is Rs. 15,000/-.This is valid for a five year period. Training will be given at the Corporate Office in Chennai.
The Initial Training will be for 4 days.( Time : 09.00 A.M - 04.00 P.M.). The Course Instructor, after the completion of the training will be evaluated and based on his / her output, he/she will be authorized to take up the class.
Course Instructors are paid Rs. 600 per student for the entire program covered in 6 months or 3 months in the case of Crash course, by the franchisee from out of the fees collected. This implies that the reward for your effort is returned handsomely. The more number of students you handle, your financial reward is higher. Earning and satisfaction Go-together at U C MAS-India.
The Course Instructor is entitled to teach 50 students, i.e in 4 batches not exceeding 15-20 students in each batch, spending 8 hours per week..
