Learning centres are the Franchise centres where facility for training is provided with the required number of class numbers and the U C MAS trained course instructors.

The Learning centres are authorized to run U C MAS branded programmes and they will be given the required support in terms of course material and training. They will be permitted to use the brand and logo as long as they remain authorized learning centres.
